We are seeking a client focused and solutions driven Personal Trainers & Coaches with people management experience, entrepreneurial zeal, and strong leadership skills. We seek Force Multipliers driving growth for Sherpa’s 3,000+ square foot training studio in Fairfield County.

WHAT DOES A SHERPA TRAINER DO TO MOVE BOUNDARIES

✓ Guide your clients on their fitness journey

✓ Promote The Sherpa Way to existing and new clients

✓ Market and promote Sherpa and fitness programs

✓ Be a subject matter expert of Sherpa services

✓ Provide top notch client care and custom service

✓ Be a supportive team member to clients & partners

✓ Manage and maintain your schedule

✓ Proactively take client workouts to the next level

✓ Create and deliver personalized workout programs

✓ Deliver best-in-class assessments & coaching

✓ Be an engaged asset to Sherpa, share a positive voice

QUALIFIED TRAINERS, EXPERT COACHES

✓ Current Nationally recognized Personal Training certification or a bachelor's/graduate degree in the field

✓ Current CPR/AED certification (Certification opportunities available for non-certified applicants)

✓ Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness

✓ Strong verbal and written communication skills

✓ Effective time management and organizational skills

✓ Basic computer and technology skills

✓ Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends

✓ Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful

BUILD A CAREER WITH SHERPA

✓ Job Type: Full-time

✓ Schedule: weekday mornings 2x/week, weekday afternoons 2x/week, Saturday morning

✓ Pay: $50.00 – $90.00 per hour

✓ Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week (Ramp-up salary included to supplement initial months)
